- How long does it take to set up Homer AI?
- Most customers are up and running within minutes. For the AI Voice Receptionist, you'll connect your Twilio account and assign your phone number โ we walk you through every step. For the AI Chatbot, simply provide your details, select your settings, and paste the embed snippet onto your website.
- Is Homer AI difficult to implement on my website?
- Not at all. We provide a simple JavaScript snippet you paste into your site. No coding experience required. If you run into any trouble, our team is available to help you get set up quickly.
- Do I need a new phone number to use Homer AI?
- Yes. Homer AI uses Twilio for all voice and SMS functionality, so you'll need a Twilio account and a Twilio phone number. Twilio numbers are very affordable (typically a few dollars per month), and we guide you through the setup process. Once connected, your customers call or text that number and Homer AI handles every interaction automatically.

- What happens if I go over my plan limits?
- Starter and Growth plans have per-overage rates ($0.15โ$0.18/min voice, $1.20โ$1.50/conversation). The Explorer plan hits a hard cap. Custom plans have negotiated rates. You'll always receive a notification before you're close to your limit so there are no surprises.
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes. We offer a free trial so you can experience Homer AI on your own site before committing. No credit card required to get started. Book a demo and our team will get you set up.
- Can I upgrade or change my plan later?
- Absolutely. You can change your plan anytime from your billing dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately. If you need a custom plan for a larger operation, contact us and we'll build something that fits.

- You do. All conversations, leads, and customer data collected through Homer AI belong to your business. You can export or delete your data at any time.
- Does Homer AI record or store voice calls?
